I’m no hardcore code-jockey but but I like to keep my business analysis skills in shape by building the odd online application using php and the mySQL database. I’ve written apps for screenwriting, screenplay analysis, charity management and boarding house management. As my current focus is sustainability reporting, I’ve started writing some online applications to help SMEs and schools manage their sustainability reporting.
Holostx
This is my latest and most ambitious application to date. Holostx is aimed at SMEs who want to improve their sustainability performance management by creating an indicator set and linking their indicators to performance KPIs and behavioral evidence. Holstx also generates an online sustainability site directly from the data so it can be used to create a comprehensive CSR report or a GRI Index for example.

Carbonledger
There are lots of carbon footprint calculator applications out there but I couldn’t help myself…I had to build my own ‘carbonledger’ with its own footprint report that accommodates a holistic view of personal or entity level emissions, offsets and feed-ins.

S3:SEF Online
Also, as the sustainability link Governor at my local school, I couldn’t understand why the S3 Sustainability SEF was not online. So I put it online so you can navigate it, answer and evidence the questions.
